Optimization of COVID-19 NGS to Meet the Demand and Provide Optimum Results in Accordance with CLIA Regulations

Indiana Department of Health Laboratory (IDOHL) demonstrated that the fully automated Clear Dx™ WGS SARS-CoV-2 platform can be CLIA-validated and successfully establish SARS-CoV-2 lineages, thereby enabling IDOHL to increase capacity while decreasing analyst hours during the pandemic.
