Automating Genomic Wastewater Surveillance for Efficient Pathogen Detection and Monitoring in the Population

Clear Labs has developed an end-to-end WGS solution for wastewater surveillance of SARS-CoV-2 using the turnkey Clear Dx™ system. In collaboration with the Kansas Department of Health and Environment – Kansas Health and Environmental Laboratories, the assay was found to be a robust and efficient solution, verified using real world wastewater samples.
